How does the ordering process work?
Ordering is as easy as 1, 2, 3...
- Place your order online using our order form.
- When you have completed your online order, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Bring your email confirmation receipt and ID to our booths located at strategic locations around campus on Graduation Day to pick up your lei.
Where and when do I pick up the lei?
Pickup locations are different for each school. Begin your order process by selecting your school. Designated pickup locations will be presented on the order form page during your order process. (See map) We will be on site from as early as two hours prior to the graduation ceremony.
What kind of flower are the leis made of?
The leis are constructed of Denbrobium orchids from Thailand. Our orchids are nursery grown and cultivated utilizing environmentally friendly methods.
How long will they last?
They will last for many days with proper care. If refrigerated in between uses, the leis can be worn many times.
Will they be fresh?
YES, as fresh as they can be. They are ordered specifically for this event, flown in from Thailand only days before the event. When you get your lei, it will be the first time it will have been taken from it’s original packaging!
What do I need to bring to pickup my pre-ordered lei?
If you order on line, you will receive an emailed confirmation. You will need to bring your confirmation information and a picture ID.
What if I need someone to pick up the lei for me?
That’s fine too! As long as they have your confirmation receipt and your ID.
